Veggie 'Salt n Spicy' Pancake | Pancake Pizza

Veggie 'Salt n Spicy' Pancake is my another fusion pancake recipe. I gave another name of this special recipe is "Homemade Pancake Pizza". Pizza doesn't need to be always with topping or with lots of cheese :P This is different type of pizza which is very healthy as well as with less calories also :P 

This is the best way to eat veggies in the form of this pancake. This is my personally experience, my husband doesn't like capsicum, so whenever I make this pancake I didn't tell him that this pancake have capsicum and but he just loved it..lol :P hehehe:D :)

This special recipe of pancake which is just differ from other. This is purely vegetarian. This is very soft and crispy pancake. Quick and easy pancake recipe prepared without any extra preparations. This can be served simply with tomato sauce, green chutney or with onion-tomato chutney also.

This is instant snacks recipe or you can have it anytime. In Bangalore, the weather is always pleasant and rain is falling anytime, for that time I am feeling to have it something like pakode's but for making pakode you need to spend more time, but I wanted to make any jhatpat recipe with tea and wanna to enjoy rain also. So, I made veggie pancake pizza. Whenever I made this , I never felt that this is made up of maida, because its crispy and very soft in taste. 


Here's simple and crispy Veggie 'Salt n Spicy' Pancake recipe that can be made instantly. 

Ingredients :

All Purpose flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Sooji / Semolina - 2 tbsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Onion - 1 no
Finely Chopped Tomato - 1 no
Finely chopped capsicum - 1/2 no
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves- 3-4 tbsp
Red chilli powder
Salt
Pinch of Garam masala
Oil for fry


Preparation Method :

1. For preparing delicious Veggie 'Salt n Spicy' Pancake, take a bowl, mix in maida, semolina, curd and a little water without lumps.

2. Add salt to taste, red chilli powder, a pinch of garam masala and now add chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

3. Heat a non-stick pan or a normal tawa. Add a little bit oil on tawa and take a ladle full of batter and spread it on the tawa. Move that batter on your right hand side direction. Pancake should be not thick or not very thin make sure.


4. Now sprinkle the veggies like finely chopped onions, tomatoes and capsicum from the top. (You can add more veggies any of your choice)

5. Add oil and fry both the sides till golden brown. 

6. Your Delicious veggie pancake is ready to serve hot with tomato sauce, green chutney, coconut chutney and with tangy sambar also.
